OCU participates in Career Support Partnership
Recruitment information shared between partner universities
Starting June 2014, OCU has joined the Career Support Partnership, with the aim to strengthen career support for students who want to search for jobs in for example Tokyo and, in the opposite case, students now studying in other regions of Japan?who want to search for jobs in Osaka.
The Career Support Partnership was set up by Yokohama City University in 2013 to give students in the Tokyo metropolitan area an opportunity to search for jobs outside the capital. It is a network consisting of mainly public universities all over Japan.
OCU feels participating in the partnership will increase career possibilities for its students, strengthen OCU’s ties with its partner universities, and provide new recruitment possibilities for Osaka's industries and businesses.
Students will be able to receive the career support services as listed below, in each of the geographical areas of its partner universities. Recruitment information from successful local companies or other regional information that may not be easily available on the internet is shared, and students will have more opportunities to be matched with potential employers.
