Students from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Human Life Science and Department of Food and Human Health Sciences, Graduate School of Human Life Science creates menus consisting of original recipes that help people maintain a balanced diet and good health using seasonal components and special seasonings - available in the grocery section of the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Department Store).
